Freezing Herbs

My most recent undertaking has been freezing herbs. Brad read somewhere that you can freeze fresh herbs in water or butter and use them later so i picked what herbs we had left from our garden before we had a freeze and diced them all up, put them in an ice cube tray, and froze them in water. It's nice to have fresh herbs for soup and stuff when it gets colder!

    Cool idea. hahahaha! Get it? Seriously though. That is neat and reminds me that I need to try to start an herb garden on my window sill.

    That is really a neat idea. Did you get a freeze? I mean outdoors. haha
